Job Description

Position:

Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruitment & Outreach:

Develop and execute strategies to recruit skilled and unskilled freshers from rural areas, colleges, and vocational institutions.
Build a pipeline of candidates for blue-collar roles by conducting hiring drives in collaboration with local authorities and educational institutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Establish and maintain relationships with NGOs, placement officers, and village authorities to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Partner with colleges and training centers to identify potential talent.

Implementation of Apprenticeship Schemes:

Leverage knowledge of
NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)
and
NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)
to onboard apprentices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.

Database Management & Reporting:

Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

Travel & Field Work:

Conduct extensive travel across North India to establish recruitment networks and oversee hiring initiatives.

Education:

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in hiring blue-collar workers, including freshers from rural and educational backgrounds.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment drives

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of NATS and NAPS programs is mandatory.
Proficiency in regional languages of North India is a plus.
