Senior Manager Finance Location: Gurgaon Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Strategy (Manufacturing/FMCG preferred) Qualification: Chartered Accountant Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance to lead financial strategy, process setup, and expansion planning for our existing edible oil factory and future business growth. This role requires expertise in financial structuring, cost optimization, and compliance to drive profitability and scalability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Operations & Process Setup Establish robust financial systems, SOPs, and controls for smooth operations. Implement cost control measures and improve working capital efficiency. Streamline procurement, inventory, and vendor payment cycles for optimized cash flow. 2. Finance & Accounts Management Oversee financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance . Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives . Ensure adherence to regulatory and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.) . 3. Expansion & Growth Planning Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence for future plant setups & acquisitions . Handle project financing, debt structuring, and investor relations for expansion. Collaborate with leadership on mergers, joint ventures, and capex planning . 4. Compliance, Taxation & Risk Management Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, GST, and tax laws . Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and financial reporting . Identify and mitigate financial risks related to business operations and expansions. 5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead the finance team , ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive business success. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities . 6. Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for current operations and expansions. Evaluate and structure investment plans for capacity enhancement and new projects.
