Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager to lead our Electrical & Automation Design & Development function.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of electrical and automation systems, ensuring innovation, safety, and compliance with global standards. This role includes mentoring and guiding a team of engineers while fostering continuous improvement and problem-solving culture.
The manager will collaborate with mechanical, embedded electronics, software, and production teams for seamless product integration.
Responsibilities include driving R&D projects from concept to commercialization, evaluating and implementing advanced automation technologies, and preparing detailed technical reports.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in electrical panels, industrial automation, SCADA, PLC programming, and control systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential to ensure successful project execution and team management.
