Responsibilities: A Bachelor orMasters\Degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science,Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics,Management/Business Information Systems, or related degree) Minimum of 10years of related work experience Data managementand visualization skills / tools in one or all of the following (SQL, KNIME,Tableau, Power BI or similar). Strong businessacumen communication skills, including the ability to deliver a clearstory to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights. Experienceconducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques tosolve defined business problems. Self-motivated towork with diverse business scenarios, prioritizing multiple priorities and havea business and consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy, andpassionate about discovering new/better ways of doing things! Requirements Requirements: Post Graduate /Graduate from premier institute. 8 -10 years experience in Analytics. Preferably from Fintech / BFSI / NBFC industry. Excellentcommunication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changingservice operation The ability to engage with directors and managers at alllevels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives. Ability tomultitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours orintense situations. Exceptionalinterpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and writtencommunication, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge ofmanagement principles and familiarity with company products, services, andpolicies. Strong coachingand leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
