Job Description

Leadership role to provide Controllership oversight for a large Accounts Payables Program Responsibilities Analytics based Continuous Risk Monitoring Design and review SAP reports as lead Indicators Identify Key and emerging Risks including Fraud Risk Monitor and Flag unusual activity across the Payables Shop Provide Inputs for Thematic reviews and Audits Analyze Trends in Process Quality and create appropriate plans Conduct Thematic Reviews Review and Test the Effectiveness of audit across personas (Invoice Processor, Verifier, Special Handler etc) FMEA Gap closure Process Re-engineering: Drive Process/Activity design strategy from a risk management standpoint. Controllership Framework: Drive unified and resilient framework to enable predictable, low risk and high quality performance standardization Optimized operations and high impact business outcomes Training: Will be responsible to lead the effort on training programmes, content creation and its execution for Quality across the engagement Industry Best Practices : Implement industry best practices benchmarks Install and oversee a Governance Framework for the processes SAP - Accounts Payable (Finance Domain) - should have HANDS ON knowledge in SAP A Accounts Payable experience mandatory Risk Advisory / Risk Controller / Audit experience required Customer Facing skills: Should be proficient in leading meetings and presentations with customers using powerful product level material. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively manage stakeholders (Internal and External) Analytical Problem-solving skills : strong ability to decipher complex data / trends, process insights and findings to drive effective controls / outcomes Qualifications - Masters (Finance) / CA or equivalent
