Role & responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling and long-term financial planning processes Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide strategic insights Drive variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions Business Partnering & Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to align financial plans with corporate objectives Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies Cost Optimization & Profitability Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability enhancement initiatives Optimize working capital and cash flow management Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, aligning with regulatory and internal standard Maintain strong financial governance and controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage financial tools, analytics, and automation to improve financial reporting and decision-making Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations Preferred candidate profile Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and data visualization tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle background
