Job Description

Job Role: 1. Streamline and drive weekly and monthly reviews for all Business Units - Monitor and update scorecards - Atomize monthly reporting and create organization wide dashboards - Provide insights that will help business heads be actionable. 2. Drive financing initiatives for Chalo - Debt/Asset financing - Unlocking funds blocked in BGs - Bill discounting for receivables 3. Own and drive cost control initiatives across organizations 4. Help structure transactions financially. Ensuring commercial viability and regulatory compliance. Functional Competencies: 1. Attention to detail 2. Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure. 3. Either strong influence or relationship (to work effectively with senior management). 4. Follow through on commitments. 5. Discipline / Hard working (execution talent). Skills: 1. Business acumen: gets the business and understand nuances involved, understand the lead and lag indicators for specific business and levers to drive those 2. Demonstrates ability to manage budgets, reduce costs, is creative to optimize costs 3. Knowledge of driving financing via banks/NBFCs. Prior experience will be added advantage 4. Ability to function like a program manager to drive various initiatives across organizations 5. Proven track record to structure financial transactions 6. Experience to manage a team Knowledge: 1.
