Job Description

Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: Responsible for overall management of subsea control systems for all Reliance Subsea control units within Offshore platforms including equipment and Integrated control system interfaces that exists at the onshore terminal, CRP, FPSO, and shore base. Conversant with subsea activities and provide a technical focal point for the subsea contractor, suppliers/vendors and other internal department(s) Job Accountabilities: • Monitor and control, subsea control system (SCS) equipment and interfaces located in Reliance KG and MA field and guide control system engineers located in respective places through validated Control System access certificates/ maintenance schedules for smooth running of the equipment • Accountable for implementing preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and maintenance schedules of subsea control equipment located over all fields and ensure smooth execution of task Manage, review & validate Root-cause analysis carried out and Management of change is (MOC) initiated • Supporting operation team in day to day operations • Liaise with offshore group in finalizing subsea control system related activities; Discuss and review HAZID, HAZOP, risk assessments and Lessons Learned for critical control related activities. • Verify/validate control system related intervention procedures, work instructions and risk assessments; Co-ordinate with MSV manager and Intervention group in subsea intervention related activities • Accountable for maintaining critical spares required for normal operations; Liaise with Procurement and getting ordered spares; Procurement of required spares for smooth running of subsea control equipment • Liaise with subsea O&M contractors through Maintenance & Repair (MR) contract; Follow up in completing tasks allotted to contractors and conducting periodical meetings and generating reports • Liaise with third party control equipment vendors; Preparation of scope of work for contracts and executing Annual Maintenance Contract formalities; Arranging periodical visits of third-party vendors and performing health checks on related control equipment; Review of contract clauses and extensions • Supporting work over of wells if any as identified by Reservoir Management Group (RMG); Preparation of handing over and post work over procedures and review; Smooth commissioning of work over wells for planned production • Accountable for Periodical review/verification of control related SOPs and SMPs as per Reliance documentation plan, update SOP/ SMP; generating Field Anomaly reports and Failure information Logs • Supporting project group in development of Brown Field project (MJA1, R-series) engineering design and review of documents in conjunction with project group; Timely review of project documents and other related tasks; Focal point for subsea control related information and tasks • Implement cost optimization initiatives to maintain offshore budget effectively • Training, competency development, succession planning of subsea control team • The role is considered to be a mentor role and is expected to ensure knowledge transfer is accomplished to less experienced staff. Knowledge transfer is to be accomplished via hands on guidance as well as explanation of detailed theory of operation. Knowledge transfer is to be captured by way of documentation developed by Sr. Lead Subsea Control engineer is in such a manner that understanding is proven and recorded for accountability • Maintaining ‘Zero’ unsafe incidents during execution of jobs; 100% participation in One Reliance HSE MS sub-committee activities as directed by management; Implementation of Operating Management system principles (OMS) and guidelines as directed by the management.
