Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Design Scope of Work for Processing projectsEvaluate EOI / Technical BidsQA /QC of outsourced and inhouse projects, implementing best possible QA/QC practices in inhouse projectsEnsuring timely completion of projects meeting the objectivesDetailed knowledge of Land and Marine data processing which should cover important workflows like Statics, 3D SRME, Velocity model building, PSTM and PSDM and Post migration data conditioning.Handling processing software like Geovation, PromaxProject Management-Manpower and resource management for effective and timely completion of projectsMentoring the team members by providing technical support and guidanceTesting and evaluation of new processing workflows and algorithmsInteraction with vendors and industry experts to understand the latest developments in terms of software and workflowsReview and approval of project completion reportPrepare an optimal development plan for the career growth of the team membersRegular Interaction with partners and other stake holders

Education Requirement :

Masters degree in Geophysics from a recognised university.

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 15 Years Experience In E&P

Processing software certification

Skills & Competencies :

Strong technical abilities in processing of seismic data with all QA/QCsTeam management
