Sr. Java Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications using Java and Spring Boot. Additionally, you will build microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, write efficient code, participate in code reviews, and ensure application performance and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Build microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. - Maintain updated knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices. Qualification Required: - Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above) - 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework - Good understanding of microservices architecture - Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML - Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate - Experience with SQL/Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) - Familiarity with version control tools like Git - Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) Additional Details: The company values knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with Agile methodologies as good to have skills.
