Joining the Arctera team, you ll be part of a group innovating to harness the opportunity of the latest technologies to protect the world s critical infrastructure and to keep all of our data safe. Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions, including pricing models, discount structures, product configurations, and approval processes. Implement Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows to customize and extend Salesforce functionality. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. Customize and configure CPQ rules, guided selling, quote templates, contract lifecycle, and renewals. Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and payment systems to create a seamless Quote-to-Cash process. Work with APIs, middleware, and third-party applications to streamline data flows. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager and Admin team to drive CPQ adoption and optimization. Document processes, provide user training, and support change management. Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement enhancements for efficiency and accuracy. Follow CI/CD best practices to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud features, releases, and industry trends. Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of innovation. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on CPQ and Quote-to-Cash solutions Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and contract lifecycle management Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration best practices Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Billing, and Payment Systems Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools for Salesforce development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and in a team Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer I/II certifications (highly desirable) Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and web frameworks for front-end enhancements is a plus
