Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement intellectual property (IP) strategies to protect Honeywell's IP assets.
Manage the IP portfolio, including patent filings, trademark registrations, and copyright protection.
Provide guidance and support to business units on IP matters such as licensing, infringement issues, and litigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and act on new IP opportunities.
Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and contracts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in IP law to ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

8+ years of experience in Intellectual Property, with a focus on patents and trademarks.
In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements.
