Sr. Intern Channel Administration

As a Sr. Intern Channel Administration, your role will involve supporting the Channel Management team by working closely with regional offices and channel partners across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and maintain regular data files and reports for stakeholders across India. - Verify and validate documents and mandatory requirements for new channel partner onboarding and account setup. - Review closure documentation for channel partners and ensure timely processing of refunds. - Maintain and update business-critical Google Sheets to support the national channel team. - Prepare and track agreements with regional offices and channel partners. - Manage entry posting and file preparation as per accounting and audit requirements. - Maintain and update Excel-based databases for key business programs. Key Competencies & Skills required for this role are: - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, reports, and data analysis). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and data streams simultaneously. - Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
