Profile:- SR Designer/ Conceptual Designer Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR Industry: Commercial Design & Build Experience: 5 + years in leading design teams, concept development, and strategic client presentations. Compensation:- upto 12 lpa "Interested Designers share their CV at nikita.v@airbrickinfra.com OR click link and fill the form https://forms.gle/WQibG1nFzQvR1JXG6 Key Responsibilities: • Design Consultation: o Collaborate with the sales team to understand the clients needs, preferences, and budget. o Conduct initial design consultations and site visits to assess project requirements. o Develop and present conceptual design solutions that align with the clients goals. • Proposal Development: o Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans, furniture layouts, 3D renderings, and mood boards. o Work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure accuracy in the designs and proposals. o Provide cost estimates, materials selection, and project timelines to support the sales process & BOQs. • Client Presentations: o Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining design concepts, materials, and layout ideas -Canva knowledge is must. o Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the designs. o Assist the sales team in closing deals by showcasing design solutions that meet the client’s needs. o Be available for client meetings, both virtual and physical, to provide design insights and technical support and assist with site feasibility assessments as required. • Collaboration & Communication: o Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs. o Work closely with the design team to transition projects from the sales phase to the execution phase. o Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure a smooth project flow. • Industry Knowledge: o Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technology. o Keep an eye on competitor offerings and market conditions to ensure competitive advantage in design proposals
