Job Summary

As a Sr. Infra Developer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support business objectives. You will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and operation of systems using Ansible. Your role will contribute to the companys efficiency and innovation impacting both internal processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
Utilize Ansible to automate and streamline infrastructure processes enhancing efficiency and reliability.
Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Document infrastructure configurations and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure capabilities.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all infrastructure activities.
Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system resources.
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to assess infrastructure health and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure development and management principles.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Have experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Show capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
