Sr. HubSpot Specialist

You will be part of Boundary Marketing, a subset of ContentNinja, focusing on creating marketing strategies and Martech solutions for tech/SaaS brands in the US and Europe. Your role involves leading all HubSpot initiatives within ContentNinja to maintain our position as one of the top HubSpot agencies in the country. Here are your key responsibilities: - Work closely with HubSpot's Sales team to sell and onboard prospects, understanding client requirements, mapping them onto HubSpot, and showcasing demos based on client use cases. - Lead HubSpot onboardings for clients, initially supporting and then becoming the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot challenges on HubSpot accounts, from solving issues to implementing better workflows. - Work with the HubSpot CMS development team to implement HubSpot CMS and other Hubs effectively. - Continuously upskill on HubSpot and other MarTech tools to become a specialist over time. - Lead internal HubSpot bootcamps to train other team members on using HubSpot for clients. Qualifications and Skills: - 3+ years of experience working on HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms. - Experience in publishing content on CMS like HubSpot, WordPress, or others. - Ability to take a consultative and strategic approach to solve client challenges. - Understanding of implementing apps and assets available in the HubSpot marketplace. - General understanding of APIs, integrations, and changing technology. - Strong project management skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills.
