Role & responsibilities Planning recruitment strategies to meet the business objectives • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities. • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions. • Arranging & coordinating online/ offline interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices • Contributing in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with client partners. • Identifying, suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs. • Should have strong analytical and logical abilities. • Collaborate with other team members to meet targets and push business forward.
