Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. You will source and attract candidates through various channels such as portals, databases, and social media. Conducting interviews, filtering candidates, and onboarding new employees will also be crucial parts of your role. Additionally, you will need to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure successful recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy - Source and attract candidates through portals, databases, and social media - Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions - Onboard new employees for full integration - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications - Skill in negotiating and closing deals with candidates - Capability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers Company Additional Details: The company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
