Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations (onboarding to exit)
Maintain HR Records, compliances and policies.
Manage payroll, attendance & leave management.
Support performance management & employee engagement initiatives.
Drive HR process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
Desired Skills and qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR Records, compliances and policies.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment.
Pleasant Personality with the ability to maintain professionalism.
Must be in formal attire during the interview.
