We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of HR management and planning. This position will play a major role in managing Workforce, improving operational efficiency & maintain a productive & compliant work environment. The Senior Manager- Human Resources will lead a team of HR professionals to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of our hiring philosophy. The incumbent will be responsible to lead, develop and execute the human capital strategies for the Organisation. This includes collaborating with business leaders, to understand business strategies and steer the Human Resources team in accomplishing business expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to optimize workforce planning. Develop and implement talent management strategies, employee retention and total rewards program. Develop and implement talent development strategies, succession planning, employee engagement program. Develops and executes the HR strategy for all business functions in RPM GBCC. Aligning HR goals and priorities to drive business strategic goals. Interact with senior leadership to inform strategy development and provide input into long-term business planning. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including global HR partners & business leaders of RPM. Understand the general business conditions for specific industries, functions and geographical regions while staying current on the research and trends within HR gamut to present informed business decisions. Identify and capitalize on organizational capabilities, culture, practices, and behaviours to drive performance, value and create a meaningful work environment. Assist leaders, based on the business plan and future direction, in the development of talent. Oversee the design and implementation of HR programs including performance management, compensation, and benefits. Collaborate closely with senior management to develop HR initiatives that supports business objectives. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance programs & initiatives. Change Management, Team Leadership & Compliance Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment and support in HR strategy implementation. Partner to create an organization that is agile, dynamic, and enable transformation skills amongst workforce to build a better tomorrow. Ensure compliance to core HR processes, procedures, and practices. Qualification & Experience 20 + years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner from the service industry, with at least 8+ years experience in leadership capacity Leadership: Strong ability to establish credibility with business executives, delivering strategic solutions that align with business needs. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and inspiring at all levels of the organization. Innovation: Ability to introduce and implement innovative HR solutions that enhance associate development and performance. Experience in change management and OD practitioner is a must.
