Job Title: Sr HR Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr HR to oversee and manage end-to-end HR activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal hiring, consultant onboarding, handling POCs, drafting agreements such as MSAs, assisting the finance team with payroll, and driving performance management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute end-to-end HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Oversee consultant onboarding and handle POCs (Points of Contact) efficiently. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contractual documents. Facilitate and drive internal hiring to ensure the right talent acquisition strategies align with business objectives. Work closely with the finance team to support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. Implement and manage performance management systems , including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies , ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution effectively. Foster a positive and engaging work culture by implementing best HR practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions in a mid to large-scale organization. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple HR functions efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in HRMS and payroll software is a plus.
