Job Description

You will be joining THiNC Institute of Design, the fastest growing coaching institution specializing in Architecture and Design Entrance Examination, as an HR Executive. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on recruitment, statutory compliance, and HR administration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews. - Handle offer letters and conduct induction programs for new employees. - Maintain and update employee records for attendance, leave, and assist in drafting HR policies and compliance. - Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. - Support managers in monitoring employee KPIs and performance improvement plans. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-5 years of experience in HR Operations. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. - Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
