Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner. Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's//Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
