Job Description:
Experience: 3 – 6 years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Commerce
Job Purpose:
To manage payroll processing, recruitment activities and HR documentation while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (Primary Focus):
· Process end-to-end monthly payroll with accuracy & timeliness.
· Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
· Handle salary revisions, increments, arrears & F&F settlements.
· Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements & reconciliations.
· Generate payroll MIS reports & maintain confidentiality of data.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
· Schedule & coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
· Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
· Conduct induction programs for new employees.
Documentation & HR Operations:
· Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and personal files.
· Draft and manage HR letters (confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.).
· Ensure statutory & compliance documentation is updated.
· Support audits by providing required HR/payroll data.
Skills Required
· Hands-on experience in Payroll software & MS Excel.
· Knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws.
· Strong recruitment & interview coordination skills.
· Attention to detail and confidentiality in documentation.
· Good communication & interpersonal skills.
