We have Requirement of Sr. HR Executive. Location: Raipur CG Qualification: MBA HR Salary: 30000/- to 35000/- PM Experience: 3 to 6 Years Brief Job Duties Design compensation and benefits packages Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Monitor HR department’s budget Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues Manage employees’ grievances Create and run referral bonus programs Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: HR Executive: 3 years (Preferred) Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred) Payroll management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
