Job Summary We are a growing new-age travel company, known to create unforgettable holidays around the world. This role based in Kolkata is for a dynamic, energetic, creative, customer - obsessed person used to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities and Duties Design, develop and plan products/ itineraries in line with need of modern-day travellers. Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (airlines, hotels, experiences, visas, etc.). Interact with clients over the phone, email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations. Convert customer enquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization. Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers over prices and rates Deliver outstanding levels of customer service with a view to exceed customer expectations. Provide regular reporting to management. Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions. Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback. Key Skills Exceptional communication skills in English, Travel Arrangements, Travel Coordination, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Customer Relationship Management, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, international travel Required Experience and Qualifications Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English is required Energetic, confident, innovative. Strong customer orientation Should be well travelled or experienced in international travel management. Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. Thorough knowledge of operations in a travel management company. Experience in budget and cost management Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. Qualifications and Experience Post-graduate preferred. However, if you are a smart, confident graduate and passionate about travel then you are welcome to apply. Minimum 5 years of experience in frontline sales/customer service in the travel industry will be preferred. If you have traveled the globe and understand the nuances of international travel but haven’t worked in the travel industry, we would like to hear from you too.
