Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute design projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual content that supports our brand identity, marketing campaigns, and business objectives. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design capabilities, from digital to print, and a passion for turning strategic concepts into visually engaging experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and design of high-quality visuals across digital, print, social media, web, and branding projects. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain design standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Create and maintain brand style guides and design systems. Present creative concepts and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and, when necessary, to clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience designing for both digital and print media. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
