Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations, vendor selection, performance evaluation, and risk management.
Establish procurement policies, SOPs, and digital procurement tools for improved efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Projects, Finance, Engineering) for demand planning and seamless supply continuity.
Ensure compliance with quality, commercial, legal, and ESG requirements.
Lead and develop the procurement team to build a high-performance function.
Monitor procurement KPIs and present periodic reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business; MBA or Supply Chain certification preferred.
20–25 years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience.
Strong expertise in negotiation, supplier management, and strategic procurement.
Proficiency in ERP and procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.).
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
