About the Role

Senior Generative AI Developer

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI & LLM Development

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source models.
• Implement advanced prompting strategies—

  zero-shot, few-shot, ReAct, CoT, ToT

  , and instruction-following.
• Architect and optimize

  RAG pipelines

  using LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector embeddings, and vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS).
• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases and performance improvements.

AI/ML Engineering

• Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models across NLP, classification, entity recognition, and predictive tasks.
• Build scalable microservices exposing RAG/LLM pipelines via

  FastAPI REST APIs

• Develop and maintain robust Python-based AI infrastructure.

Data Engineering & Infrastructure

• Prepare, clean, and process large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Deploy and scale AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Utilize Kafka / Event Hub / Kinesis for real-time data ingestion and streaming.

DevOps, CI/CD & Governance

• Implement CI/CD for AI workloads (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot LLM performance, latency, and scaling.
• Follow best practices for security, reliability, versioning, and documentation.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Communicate findings, provide thought leadership, and guide junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in CS, AI/ML, Engineering, or relevant field.

• 3+ years of ML experience

  across classical + deep learning models.

• 1+ years hands-on with LLMs & GenAI app development

• Expert in

  Python

  , NLP algorithms, embeddings, and vector search.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, LangChain, HuggingFace, prompt engineering.
• Skilled in FastAPI, REST APIs, Git workflows.
• Experience preparing and processing large datasets.
• Hands-on with deploying ML models in production.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
