As a Lead Game Mathematician at Aristocrat, you will play a crucial role in developing the mathematical foundation of our games to ensure they are engaging and fair. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating game logic into detailed math models that align with game design. - Documenting game logic and rules accurately for use by game designers and developers. - Collaborating with prototypers and engineers to resolve analytics discrepancies. - Developing and validating math models and simulations for Aristocrat slot games across multiple channels. - Assisting the team in overcoming roadblocks by providing in-depth understanding of game math and design. - Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of games by contributing solutions to math-related challenges. - Maintaining and building well-documented Excel math models and programs in C/C++/C#. - Communicating effectively with game designers and engineers to align on project requirements and outcomes. - Sharing knowledge and documenting processes to support continuous improvement and learning within the team. - Building technical documents and flow charts to illustrate complex mathematical concepts clearly.
