Sr Fullstack Developer

Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects on all phases of the application life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, documentation, and testing. You will optimize new and existing code for usability, responsiveness, and maintenance. Additionally, you will create performant web components and libraries that empower other application developers. Participation in code reviews and collaboration with other engineering teams across the company are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects on all phases of the application life cycle - Optimize new and existing code for usability, responsiveness, and maintenance - Create performant web components and libraries - Participate in code reviews - Collaborate with other engineering teams across the company Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E/B.S degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 5 to 8 years of experience building scalable commercial web applications - At least three years of experience building responsive single page applications with a modern application framework such as Angular, React, or Vue - Expertise with HTML5, SCSS, CSS3, ES6, and Typescript - Expertise with modern web development tools such as Python, NodeJS, npm, yarn, webpack, ESLint, and Docker - Ability to translate UX design wireframes into pixel-perfect web applications - Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases - Familiarity with REST APIs - Familiarity with test frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress, and Selenium, and CI/CD systems such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and GoCD Additional Details: HERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company that empowers customers to achieve better outcomes by providing solutions that fuel innovation, provide opportunity, and foster inclusion to improve people's lives.
