Sr. Front-end Developer (React | Next.js | TypeScript)

Immediate joiners preferred

• Lead development of complex user-facing features with React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Architect reusable component libraries and state-management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API)

• Translate Figma/UX specs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces

• Optimize bundle size, rendering paths, and overall UX performance

• Integrate RESTful APIs: data fetching, caching, error handling

• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests for robust delivery

• Debug and resolve production issues swiftly; document best practices

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, retrospectives

• 3-4 yrs professional front-end experience with a strong React portfolio

• Deep knowledge of React hooks, lifecycle, Next.js SSR/SSG, routing, API routes

• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript mastery

• Proven work with Redux Toolkit or comparable state libraries

• Solid grasp of responsive design and web performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading)

• Git expertise: branching, PR workflows, conflict resolution

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

• Webpack or Vite configuration for React apps

• Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

• CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments

• CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion) or Tailwind CSS

• React Router or similar

• Afternoon or evening shift (flexible) – drop facility from 11 PM

• Work from Astra Tower, New Town (near City Centre 2) – no remote option

• ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on current CTC and tech assessment)
