Sr Finance Manager (Liquor or Alcohol Industry)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounts operations

The ideal candidate must come from the Alco-Bev or Liquor industry (applications from other industries will not be considered) and should have a proven track record in fundraising, financial operations, taxation, accounting, MIS reporting, and end-to-end financial control. The candidate should bring strong networks with VCs and private equity firms, deep knowledge of financial compliance, and hands-on experience in managing multi-state operations. Strong leadership, team management, and fundraising expertise are critical for this role.

Location: Sector 44, Gurugram Budget: ₹15 – 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

: • Manage GST, VAT, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and assessments across multiple states.

• Ensure timely compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.

• Handle bookkeeping, accounting entries, and financial reporting in Tally (Zoho preferred). • Finalize Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and support internal and statutory audits

. • Prepare and analyze key MIS reports – Contribution, Revenue, Liability Schedule, etc.

• Approve bills and verify documents such as PI, PO, LR, GR, tax invoices, quotations, etc

. • Reconcile sundry creditor accounts and manage vendor-related matters

. • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), fund flow, and payroll.

• Manage taxation (direct & indirect), commercial taxes, and compliance.

• Coordinate with financial institutions for third-party bill discounting and fundraising activities. • Drive debt and equity fundraising, leveraging networks with VCs and private equity firms.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team across multiple states.

• Liaise with government departments, banks, investors, and auditors.

• Ensure robust internal controls, adherence to company policies, and strong financial governance. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in the Alco-Bev or Liquor industry (applications from other industries will not be entertained). • Strong expertise in fundraising (debt & equity), investor relations, and financial strategy. • Proven access to and networks within VCs and private equity
