Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Generate and manage leads for IT technology solutions (AEM, Workfront, DevOps, Cloud, etc.), execute sales strategies, handle B2B & B2C sales, conduct product demos and presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients , identify client needs, offer customized solutions, and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements, handle objections effectively, and close deals with a consultative approach. Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain and update sales activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM), track sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key metrics, and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and digital outreach tools, collaborate on SEO, social media, and paid ad campaigns, and plan/executive webinars, workshops, and corporate training events.
