Role & responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: Responsible for the complete hiring process, right from candidate sourcing, posting job ads, screening, interviewing candidates, offer negotiation, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employee questions, resolving workplace issues, and acting as a bridge between employees and management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS and physical files.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, preparing an annual training calendar, organizing online & offline training sessions etc.,
  • Performance Management: Assisting with goal-setting exercises for existing employees & new joinees. Ensure all KRAs are in place before the mid-year & final review.
  • Policy Administration: Preparing & implementing policies as per business requirements & timely reviewing the existing policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Managing engagement activities at the center
  • Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Travel Coordination: Handling travel arrangements and other related services for employees.
  • Other miscellaneous activities as per business requirements

Preferred candidate profile

  • A strong organizational foundation and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
