No. 46/1, E-space, A-2 Building, 3rd floor, Pune Nagar Road, vadgaonsheri, Pune 411014 Department: Human Resources - ( TA Male Candidate ) Contact Person - 7030949730 ( Neha ) Job Summary: The Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, and identifying top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role will play a key part in developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure that all staffing requirements are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Drive recruitment efforts for key positions, from entry-level to mid-senior roles. Source and attract candidates using a variety of tools, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and skills. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements and develop job descriptions. Advise on best practices in talent acquisition, including workforce planning and market trends. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle including candidate selection, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice by participating in employer branding initiatives. Attend job fairs and networking events to enhance the company's presence in the talent market. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, providing insights to improve processes. Analyze hiring trends, turnover, and talent gaps, and suggest strategies for improvement. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring. Stay current with best practices and market trends in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
