Job Description

1. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. 2. Hand hold the client across the entire sales cycle from sales closure to post sales collections and registration by assisting the CRM support team 3. To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan 4. Negotiate terms and close the deal 5. Scout for new sales opportunities through client references 6. Activate newer channels of distribution and coordinate activities across the base for fresh lead generation 7. - Attend to enquiries / leads generated through promotional activities convert into sales (All enquiries generated for a particular site to be equally distributed amongst the sales team there) 8. - Participate in exhibitions for promoting sales 9. - Monthly sales report for sales done through the month / prospecting done through the month including the source of lead generation 10. - Ensure agreements are executed within 30 days of booking date Skills/ Competencies 1. Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects. 2. Good selling and negotiation skills 3. Experience in direct sales. 4. Good writing skills 5. Excellent oral communication skills 6. Ability to work under pressure with extremely tight deadlines. 7. Problem-solving attitude 8. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships. 9. Can converse fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi, sound working knowledge of MS Office 10. Teamwork Skills 11. Customer-oriented mind-set 12. Understanding of Real Estate" Technical Skills Knowledge 1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc) 2. ERP software Highrise, Farvision, In4 Suite" Experience Educational Qualifications 1. 4-6 years of experience 2. MBA - Marketing, Graduate with PGDB in Marketing
