Job Description

Identify and onboard new commercial properties in East Pune while building strong relationships with property owners and developers. Conduct market research, track new listings, and negotiate agreements for exclusive property sourcing. Generate leads, understand client requirements, and offer suitable commercial spaces. Arrange site visits, provide property presentations, and handle negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams for legal documentation and ensure smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Maintain a database of properties and clients while achieving sales and sourcing targets. Must have 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing & sales in East Pune with strong networking and negotiation skills.
