Job Description

Improving lead management processes for enabling maximum lead conversion. Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads Conduct research and gather information about potential clients businesses, industry trends, and competitors. Engage with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and any medium needed Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members Making calls to the customer for fixing an appointment for the site visit. Arranging Physical customer site visits. Guiding and explaining project details to the customers. Regular Follow up with customers for the booking. Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc and managing their expectations Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and target markets. Skills/ Competencies Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects. Good selling and negotiation skills Excellent oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure with extremely tight deadlines Problem-solving attitude Aptitude for fostering positive relationships Customer-oriented mind-set Thorough understanding of Real Estate" Technical Skills Knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc) CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tools) like ERP software Highrise, Farvision, In4 Suite" Experience Educational Qualifications "Bachelors degree preferred Real estate experience in Pre-Sales : 4-6years
