Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive - Payroll in Bengaluru, with 1-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Calculating gross and net pay amounts, including salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Maintaining payroll-specific records, such as changes in wage/salary rates, pension, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.
Reconciling payroll records, including payments, deductions, and general ledger entries for wages.
Verifying and administering payroll data.
Monitoring and managing payroll legislation compliance.
Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including calculations, reconciliation, and compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience with payroll management systems and technologies.
