· To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients. · Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp and calls · Prompt follow-ups at committed time with travellers. · Understanding client specifications and suggesting suitable tours. · Competent skills in MS Excel/Word to prepare reports · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations. · Ability to adapt to new processes within limited time frame · Preferred Female Candidate Only Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
