AI-Driven HR Initiatives: Implement and optimize AI-powered solutions in HR processes, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. Productivity Analysis: Conduct data-driven assessments to identify and address productivity gaps across departments. Change Management: Lead HR transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance workforce adaptability. Workforce Planning: Support leadership in risk mitigation, and talent optimization strategies. Process Automation Optimization: Drive the automation of HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and performance tracking. Employee Experience Enhancement: Implement AI-driven employee feedback tools to improve satisfaction and engagement. HR Analytics Reporting: Leverage data insights to support strategic HR decisions and enhance policy-making. Key Competencies for the Role AI Implementation in HR: Successful deployment and efficiency improvement of AI-driven HR tools. Productivity Optimization: Reduction of workforce inefficiencies and improved performance tracking metrics. Change Management Success: Effective execution of HR transformation projects with measurable impact. Workforce Planning: Strategic support in rightsizing efforts while maintaining employee morale and business continuity. Automation Process Efficiency: Implementation of streamlined HR workflows reducing manual workload. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or certification in HR Analytics/AI is a plus. Min 4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Transformation roles. Expertise in HR analytics, AI-based tools, and HRIS platforms. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and change management capabilities. Deep understanding of emerging trends in AI for HR, workforce optimization, and HR digital transformation. Innovative thinker with a passion for transforming traditional HR processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate workforce transitions.
