Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Track shipments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate updates. Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the logistics process. Oversee the billing process for international shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing. Implement initiatives to improve processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs over time. Experience 2 -3 years Note : The candidate s English should be fluent.
