Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide daily HSEF related guidance and directions to employees and ensure a common and effective approach. Responsible for organizing and imparting safety training to employees to ensure required safety standards are met. Assist team in risk identification; developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent a loss/accident. Able to assess health risks and to develop ways to manage health issues and concerns. Ensure proper functioning of ETP to maintain output as per regulatory requirements. Define HSEF audit plan and ensure its effectiveness Prepare site for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification as per the audit schedule. Maintain liaisons with outside organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams, so that emergency responses can be facilitated. Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials / External Agencies and ensure maintenance of all necessary records and data as required by different departments such as Pollution Control Board, Water Dept., Electricity Dept., Effluent Disposals, etc Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures. MIS preparation, evaluation and submission as per the requirements Must have knowledge about Workplace Safety Management, Process Safety Management, Responsible care & Fire Services.
