Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for streamlining and implementing HR programmes and policies as required by the management and to manage every aspect of employee development and relations. 2. Main responsibility involves heading and managing recruitment and staffing, talent management, attrition, Performance management, organization development, branch offices administration and training and development. 3. Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection / or provide externa consultants to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted. 4. Responsible for handling branch HR activities. Ensuring harmonious employee relations and resolve and grievances or disputes. 5. Handle Employee grievance matters at factory and resolve the issues amicably. 6. Responsible for formulating effective strategies to curb attrition in factory as well as branch offices. 7. Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development. 8. Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation. 9. Plan for employees performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development. 10.Responsible for liaisoning with legal and compliance officers and resolve any disputes that may arise amicably. 11. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care. 12. Initiative for employee engagement programmes and boost employee morale. 13. Prepare and design training schedule for all the technical departments. 14. Submit Weekly Schedule and monthly MIS report of HR department to the Management. 15. Responsible for conducting Exit interviews of separated staff and analyse the trend for employees leaving the company. 16. Any other functions assigned as per the Management requirement.
