Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for entire Recruitment Process for Factory staff, including job postings, interviews, selection and onboarding. Maintaining MIS, Legal Database for Legal compliance. Ensure statutory compliance for all HR-related matters, including payroll and vendor management. Responsible for checking monthly bills form different contracts like Security, Manpower, Employee Welfare and Room rent bills. Conducting Employee Satisfaction surveys for employees and workers. Dealing with Government officials for factory compliance related to Annual Return, Mathadi, Property Tax, POSH etc. Maintaining Discipline at workplace, Initiating Disciplinary Action against any misconduct & following set Legal Procedure before action. Issuing Offer, Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Show cause and Termination Letter. Manage Labor Contracts and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Preparing Salary structures of newly joined candidates and other compliances related data. Ensuring control of employee attendance, Leave, Compensatory Offs, Shift Working, Overtime. To ensure required levels of housekeeping, sanitation and cleanliness. Training to Contract Employees for Factory Discipline/ Behavior /Rules. Maintaining Discipline & Healthy Industrial relationship in the factory. Arrangement of Motivational and skill enhancement trainings. Provision and maintenance of Factory uniforms and foot ware. Preferred Candidate Profile Relevant Experience of 4-7 yrs in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting. Honest, Hardworking, Growth Mindset (Important) Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Manage Multiple tasks. Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Understanding of labor Laws, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and health & Safety Regulations.
