Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. Executive Formulation & Development (F&D) in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement formulation and development strategies for new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
