Job Description

Role & responsibilities Primary Goals :- 1, Banking matters : Inward and outward payments : (i) Prepare documents for Inward payment against export or services through bank (ii) Prepare documents for outward payments against services / agency agreement/ advertising contract etc. (iii) Conversions and FC rates tracking (iv) Uploading vendor and other online payments on Bank's CMS portal (v) Submission of E-BRC papers to Bank (vi) Maintaining & updation of all FDRs with the bank (in XL Tracker) B LC/SBLC related work : (i) Checking of Export LC terms (ii) Preparing the Export documents and submission of LC negotiation documents in bank C BG Related work : (i) Preparing documents for new BG issuance to the client and respective renewals from time to time as per the contractual terms. (ii) Maintaining / tracking chart for all the BGs issued by vendor for different projects and release or extension of BG in coordination with procurement & project dept. (iii) Keep all BGs updations issued for Client / Vendor in the XL Tracker (iv) Checking BG commission debits by bank and negotiating foreign bank charges D Insurance, Renewals & others : (i) Monthly declaration and submission of related forms & follow compliances related to ECGC & EEPC (ii) Membership renewals for EEPC, ECGC, FIEO, PHD & EOUs etc. (iii) General Insurance - Fire, Thefts, Accidents and Site related policies e.g CGL etc. (iv) Renewal for digital signatures for the Directors - Class II & Class III (renwal chart to be maintained in XL) (v) Renewal / updation of IEC code on DGFT portal (every year) - XL tracker to maintained (vi) Maintaining project wise data related to invoicing & payments from client Preferred candidate profile LC / BG , Inward /Outward Remittance , Export LC , BG Perks and benefits PF , Medical Insurance
