What will your mission be?

To augment and manage the Warehousing activities, EXIM documentation & sales administration

To manage EXIM & warehousing activities

Must have knowledge of Export / Import documentation & Process flow.

Should have knowledge of Freight booking of all the transportation modes (Sea, Air & land)

Communication with CHA (clearing &Handling agent) for custom clearance of cargo & duty payments.

Negotiate Warehousing, Insurance & Transportation rates/contracts.

Inspection of Incoming trade materials, Inventory control & valuation.

Operational experience of Tally® ERP System is essential and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Fusion is desirable.

Database management for all warehouse related transactions

Inclined to learn & continuously improve on International trade, EXIM, FTA, Customs laws & Rules

Sales administration

To manage Purchase & Sales operations for sales various minor metals & Chemicals

Issuing Purchase Order & Sales Order in Tally / Navision (Office Dynamics 365)

Issuing the Sales Shipping Docs

Communicating with Supplier, Customer & overseas office

Communicating with shipping lines & CHAs, in case of problems

Database Management for all sales

End to end management of Trade

What do we need from you?

Functional requirements meeting above Job descriptions

Graduate in any stream with relevant experience of 5-10 years.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Tally ERP is must, Dynamic 365 is desirable

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

Open and communicative personality, inspiring confidence
