Job Description

Lead the electrical team for maintenance & troubleshooting of plant equipment. Ensure smooth operations of electrical systems, panels, and machinery. Implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Optimize energy consumption and suggest improvements. Responsible for maintenance of all Electrical equipment of the plant in order to keep the assets in healthy condition. Analyse the upset/failure and take corrective & preventive action for future to avoid recurrence of the problem and resolve chronic issues. Safety of other Employees, Contractors, Visitors and partners at site Zero incident/accident in the plant with sustainability and safe operation.
